The event takes place over two days.
The vendor fee covers one day of participation (your choice).

You’re welcome to vend on both days — just note that the fee will double.
Participation on both days is completely optional.
Booth Space
Standard booth size: 8FT x 8FT
Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, tent, and tent weights
Tent weights are required (no staking into pavement)
Vendor Fees
Early Bird Rate: $125
Standard Rate: $175
Limited electricity available — request in advance
All fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled
Set-Up + Breakdown
Vendor Check-In: 11:00–1:00 PM
Booths must be fully set up by 1:30 PM
Breakdown begins at 8:00 PM
Vendors must clean their area and remove all trash
