Vendor Fees
Vendor fees are a one-time, non-refundable payment required to secure a vendor slot. Fees will only be refunded if ALMA Market cancels the event.
In the case of a vendor emergency, the fee may be transferred and applied to ALMA Market's next event, at which time the vendor will automatically retain a confirmed slot.
Booth Space
Standard booth size: 8ft x 7ft
Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, etc.
Set-Up & Breakdown
Vendors must arrive 1-1.5 hours before doors open to allow adequate setup time.
Each vendor is permitted up to two assistants.
Vendors are responsible for the safety and care of their merchandise and personal belongings.
Please ensure all personal trash is removed and your space is left clean during breakdown.
